Hot Honey Watermelon Feta Salad to kick off summer Hot Honey Watermelon Feta Salad to kick off summer!! It’s light, refreshing and super easy to toss together! Sweet cubes of watermelon and salty feta cheese over arugula and spinach drizzled with a hot honey syrup make this salad summertime ready. So grab your flip flops and shorts — it’s summer!! Enjoy! 
Ingredients 
1/2 small watermelon 
5 cups arugula and baby spinach mix
1/2 an orange 
salt and pepper 
2 tablespoons olive oil 
3 ounces feta cheese 
1/3 cup honey 
1 teaspoon hot sauce 
Dash of red pepper flakes 

Slice watermelon, add greens to serving bowl and squeeze orange over top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil, toss with fingertips. Top with watermelon, and crumbled feta. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce and red pepper flakes. Drizzle over top of salad.
