— native Southern Californian, food consultant and certified pastry chef having attended Tante Marie’s Cooking School in San Francisco. Over the past fifteen years, I have worked with clients on product and menu creation, food marketing and promotion as well as store openings. I have written articles for the San Francisco Chronicle, Food Section and I was a food writer for “Grand Tour” magazine in Southern, California. Also, I have taught adult and children’s cooking classes for Whole Foods Market in the Bay Area.
Prior to food consulting, I graduated from California State University Fullerton with a B.A. in Business Administration, emphasis in Marketing and an MBA from Pepperdine University. I was the Director of Marketing at Ernst & Young LLP, covering a variety of industries. My passion is creating great flavorful food with fresh ingredients, entertaining my friends and family and writing about wonderful restaurants and recipes from Los Angeles and where ever I may travel.
