A Week At A Time – Meal Ideas!

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

I hope all of you had a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend and since on Friday, I posted a whole host of interesting recipes, I thought I wouldn’t give you my Week At A Time post until today.  This week is shorted by a day, but we’re certainly not skipping out on deliciousness.  These meal ideas are flavorful as well as seasonal, and will surely make you want to cook for yourself and your family all week long.

I thought I would kick-off the week with a scrumptious and super easy turkey meatball pasta dish that almost looks like a stew, but it’s lighter, and weeknight friendly.  Maple-mustard chicken is on the menu for Wednesday, and you won’t believe how tasty this meal-in-minutes can be.  As you know, a week doesn’t normally go by without a great salmon dish and Thursday’s recipe is no exception.  Friday night is nacho night and we’re piling up all your favorite Mexican food ingredients on top of frozen tater tots.  Now how is that for using up some of those pandemic pantry leftovers?  Saturday is a time to relax and unwind with a warm muffin right out of the oven.  There’s definitely no hurry in getting those chores done right away.

Tuesday – Pasta night couldn’t come fast enough and this delightful turkey meatball dish is surely one your family will love.

Friday – It’s the weekend already (yeah) and what better way to kick it off than with a quick and tasty nacho dish.  These nachos are made with frozen tater tots and are loaded to the gills with Mexican flavors.

Saturday – Grab a cup of joe and nestle down with these freshly baked pineapple muffins.  They’ll remind you of your favorite upside down cake, but in miniature form.
