The weekends are usually the best time to start planning your meals for during the week, especially if you have a hectic work schedule. Meal time doesn’t have to be so difficult, if you shop ahead and prep some ingredients before the week begins like; slicing vegetables, cooking grains, marinating proteins and making sauces or dressings.
