It’s been a busy week and summer is almost here. We had a big bump in weather for a few days and now springtime is back with mild temperatures — perfect for grilling. Grilling makes mealtime easier in so many ways because searing a good protein on the grill with some seasonal vegetables makes life simply delicious.
On Monday, it’s Grilled Garlic Shrimp with Scallion Butter – a simple meal in minutes and the compound butter adds so much additional flavor. Tuesday is Cauliflower Sheet Pan Nachos – a vegetarian take on one of my favorite things to eat. On Wednesday – let’s make life super tasty with Instant Pot Moroccan Chicken and Vegetables. A pinch of cinnamon adds personality to this dish with warming notes. Thursday is pizza night, but on the grill. This deliciously cheesy Grilled Pesto Pizza with Sweet Peppers, Nduja, and Mozzarella will surely make your family happy at mealtime. Friday night and it’s cocktail time – Cherry Gin & Tonics. It’s cherry season, so why not enjoy a refreshing cocktail with sweet seasonal fruit. Saturday’s are for baking a scrumptious Strawberry Almond Bread for breakfast, snack time or dessert.
