Happy Mother’s Day! If you’re a mom and grandma like me – this day is about spending time with family and just enjoying each others company. Yes, brunch maybe involved for some, but me and my mom prefer dinner food, so we’ll wait until later to sit down to a delicious meal.
This week’s meal ideas are about springtime favorites. On Monday, it’s salad night with my Grainy Spinach Salad with Tahini Dressing. It has wonderful texture and nuttiness — a big bowl will surely fill you up and please your palate. Tuesday’s are for tacos and these Grilled Sea Bass and Red Onion Tacos with Avocado Crema are super tasty and fun to throw together for a casual meal.
