I just got back from a vacation at Lake Rosseau in Canada. The weather was cool and crisp most days, but the sun peaked it’s head on many afternoons to enjoy a brilliant sunset, while sipping on my favorite beverage. We still have a few weeks of summer ahead, but many schools are already back in session and parents scrambling to get the fall season started. I think I’m going to spend my time cooking, baking and taking in all that summer has to offer — especially all the summertime produce that’s still available.
