It’s finally warm in Southern California — and yes we’ve actually had a real winter this year. The last few days have been magically sunny and even hot in some places. The warm weather foods are starting to come to mind.
Starting on Monday with a Marinated Feta Salad, means we are officially back to fresh and amazing greens for dinnertime. Tuesday is always time for a good taco and yes, these Grilled Sea Bass and Red Onion Tacos with Avocado Crema will make you smile. Wednesday night is a good time for an easy sheet pan meal and this Cajun Pork Tenderloin with Sweet Potato Wedges and Crispy Chickpeas is super easy to throw together and will make hungry people super happy. Thursday is pasta night and my Creamy Tomato Shrimp and Sweet Pepper Penne is a toss of easy ingredients to create a delightful meal. TGIF and I hope you are sipping on something that will pair nicely with my Chilled Artichoke Jalapeno Dip. Saturday’s are for baking and my family is in love with my Mango Ricotta Cake. It’s super creamy and the chunks of tropical mango pop with each bite. It’s great for brunch, or dessert after a meal with friends and family. Have a great week and check out those super blooms.
