Here’s a cool and quick tasty 5-Ingredient Scallion Dip to add to your repertoire of things to serve with cocktails on Friday or Saturday night.
Scallions or green onions, are an easy find at the grocery store or farmer’s market, and they seem to be plentiful this spring. Pureeing them into a creamy combination using light mayonnaise and yogurt as the base, brings simplistic flavors alive. This light green hued dip shouldn’t be missed because it’s a real crowd pleaser and a quick-fix appetizer.
