Thanksgiving is tomorrow and if you’re still scrambling to find the perfect recipe for something to accompany your big bird — look no further. These are my Best Thanksgiving Side Dishes that will really “wow” your guests.
Let’s start by saying, side dishes are the main attraction of Thanksgiving. Yes, turkey is good when it’s done right, but sides have personality, flavor and make up most of our plate. There are so many options when it comes to side dishes and you only need a few to complete the perfect holiday meal. My recommendation is to start with potatoes and work from there with stuffing or dressing, as I prefer. Don’t skip the cranberry sauce, it’s key to counterbalance all the heavy food and to lighten your palate. Green beans, Brussels sprouts and other vegetables make this meal a complete feast, and maybe a dish of your favorite macaroni and cheese.
