Merry Christmas! I hope each and everyone of you have a happy holiday. The day is bright and sunny and my house is filled with love and I hope yours is too.
This week’s menu is about recipes that you can share with your loved ones, and on Monday, which is Christmas Day I’m serving up a Stuffed Turkey Breast, which is a cinch to put together at the last minute. Serve it with a side salad and you have yourself one delightful holiday dinner. Tuesday is Instant Pot Turkey and Black Bean Chili for a Crowd — it’s fast and delicious. Wednesday evening is Roasted Butternut Squash, Poblano and Wild Rice Soup. It’s hardy enough as a meal and delicious with some homemade cornbread. On Thursday, Chicken Mediterranean Meatballs will surely make your family smile and enjoy another delicious meal that’s easy to put together. By Friday, we’re thinking about New Year’s Eve — a French 75 Cocktail. Saturday’s are for baking and Crunchy Dark Chocolate Raspberry Bars will be perfect for a NYE bash. Happy Holidays – Cheers!
