I know I’ve been talking a lot about Valentine’s Day this week, or at least making heart-shaped treats that you can share with your family. However, I wanted to leave you this week with 5 Complete Meal Ideas for Valentine’s Day Sunday, whether it’s just you and your husband, +kids, just a friend in your bubble coming over, dinner with grandma that you’ve been caring for since Covid began, or an enjoyable meal all by yourself. Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be full of romance and passion, but just a simple gesture like cooking, to create a meal that will make you, and sometimes others, feel real special.
Meal idea’s for a simple celebration at home don’t have to be complicated, so I started this list with the simpler things first and then, the more complex dinners, towards the bottom. When I say, “complex” it doesn’t mean whipping out the Julia Child Cookbook, and stressing out for hours in the kitchen. It just means, a few more ingredients, with a little more time and attention, and maybe a little more expensive. That’s it, simple enough, have a nice time.
