Valentine’s Day is tomorrow and if you forgot to book a reservation, or prefer to stay home and prepare the love of your life a little special something – this blog is for you. On Valentine’s Day the skies the limit on what to make, but it definitely needs to be romantic. Sometimes it’s fun to create a finger foods menu, while other times it’s nice to splurge and create an out-of-this-world steak or lobster dinner.
For me, every year is different and it always depends upon the mood I want to set for my husband. Yes, I am the planner of most things on our social calendar and when it comes to cooking, you guessed it – I cook. He’s more an appreciator of my cooking abilities and he’s great with clean-up.
