Ingredients
- 3 ounces cooked steak, sliced
- 1/2 small onion, sliced
- 2 large eggs
- 1 brioche bun or English muffin
- 1 tablespoon butter, divided
- hot sauce, if desired
(Makes 1 Sandwich)
To Prepare:
- In an iron skillet, add 1 1/2 teaspoons butter and place over medium heat. Swirl to allow butter to melt.
