Merry Christmas! I hope many of you are nestled around your x-mas tree opening gifts about now or sipping something warm by the fire, or perhaps you live in Los Angeles like me, and are enjoying a walk on this warm beach day. Many of us might be still looking for some mealtime inspiration, so look no further. I’ll keep it short and sweet this week because I have family in town and want to enjoy each and every moment with them. I want to thank all of you for reading and cooking along with me this year. I wish all of you a bright new year and I hope to hear from more of you next year. Happy Holidays!
Monday – a warm bowl of Asian inspired chicken noodles always sounds and tastes so good.
Tuesday – spicy black beans can make a tortilla complete – whether it’s corn or flour, enjoy!
Wednesday – maybe some leftover beef from the holidays can be transformed into this delicious dish.
Thursday – an Italian casserole really hits the spot when it’s cold outside.
Friday – it’s Friday, so why not?
Saturday – a good skillet hash with winter ingredients makes brunch so darn fun.
