Layering fish with a condiment like salsa not only adds flavor, but keeps it tender and juicy while it bakes.  The crushed tortilla chips offer a crispy corn crunch on top that is familiar to most of us, and loved by so many.  The combination of flavors may sound unique on fish, but trust me, even the finickiest of eaters will enjoy this recipe.

The entire dish is made in fifteen minutes with pantry ingredients that you probably already have on hand.  You can use mild, medium or hot salsa, depending upon your taste and any variety of tortilla chips.  This will salmon recipe will definitely be a hit in your household, I’m convinced.
