Chez Mimi, Pacific Palisades – Great French Bistro Cuisine!

Chez Mimi opened in November at the new Pacific Palisades location just off of Palisades Drive. Micheline Hebert, owner and operator, is offering the same French country menu as she is famous for and boy does it hit the spot. Over the holidays I had the opportunity to dine there a couple of times on menu favorites like Filet of Beef with Bordelaise Sauce, Mushroom Salad and of course her famous Lemon Pie.

Some other favorites not to be missed are her house made pate’ which is oh so creamy in texture and deliciously flavored. Another brillant dish to share is Mimi’s Cassoulet with fresh sausage and duck leg in a warm and comforting stew.
