Cool off with this refreshing Blackberry Basil Mojito recipe – an easy summer cocktail made with fresh blackberries, basil, lime, and rum.
Blackberries are an underutilized berry in my opinion and pack a fresh punch of sweet juice. The combination of blackberry and basil is uniquely delicious and makes a perfect infusion with rum for a mojito that’s tastes out of this world. This Blackberry Basil Mojito cocktail has a big splash of sparking water and becomes hydrating sipper to enjoy on a summer weekend.
I like to use the flavors of the season and it’s a great time to take advantage of summer’s juicy berries and what better way to enjoy them than in a delightful cocktail. Whether you’re hosting a backyard BBQ or looking for an easy cocktail to enjoy at home, this Blackberry Basil Mojito is a crowd-pleaser.
