The weather is warming up and a nice cool Vodka Grapefruit Rose Soda will surely cool you off.
Vodka comes in so many varieties these days, and Ketel One is making a botanical grapefruit rose infused flavor that has the perfect balance for a refreshing cocktail. The ingredients are simple — just a splash of vodka, a squeeze of fresh grapefruit juice, a dash of simple syrup and some soda water.
Pour it over ice and give it a stir until cold, and then top the cocktail with a wedge of grapefruit and a rose. *You can use rose water and plain vodka, if need be, but the infused variety is delicious. Cheers to the weekend.
Ingredients
3 ounces grapefruit rose vodka
2 tablespoon grapefruit juice
1 tablespoon simple syrup
1/2 cup soda water
ice
grapefruit wedge and and rose for garnish
(Makes 1 Cocktail)
To Prepare:
- Add ice to a cocktail glass.
- Add vodka, grapefruit juice, simple syrup and stir.
- Top with soda water. Garnish with grapefruit wedge and a rose.
