Happy National Ice Cream Day, one of my favorite days of the year! Rumor has it that McDonald’s is giving away free ice cream from 2-5 p.m. and if you happen to be the lucky recipient of the golden cone, you get free ice cream for life. I prefer a little higher quality ice cream myself, but hey – free ice cream is free ice cream.
