- 1 pound chicken sausage, casings removed
- 1 shallot, minced
- 4 medium tomatoes, cut in quarters
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 cups chicken broth

- 8 ounces pasta
- 1 medium zucchini, diced
- 1 cup whole milk Ricotta cheese
