A Week At A Time – Meal Ideas

Explore A Week At A Time – Meal Ideas filled with fresh, flavorful recipes for every day of the week. From comforting classics to creative new dishes, find easy inspiration to cook and enjoy great meals without the fuss of strict meal planning.

On Monday, it’s Chicken Lasagna with Honeynut Squash Bechamel – warm comforting with fall flavors you will just adore. You can always substitute a regular butternut squash for honeynut – same familiar taste just slightly less sweet. Tuesday usually is taco night, but I thought an authentic Mexican Tamale Pie might hit the spot instead. Masa Harina is the key ingredients to create that tamale taste.

Pasta night is happening on Wednesday and Charred Cherry Tomato and Shrimp Orechiette with Broccoli is fast and flavorful – a delightful Italian-style meal for during the week. Sheet Pan Asian Salmon with Asparagus and Crispy Rice is dinner for Thursday. The simple Asian-inspired flavors create the background for both the seafood and broccoli to pop.

Friday night can’t come soon enough for many and a 7-Layer Board Dip might be just the thing to enjoy on game night (Go Dodgers). Saturday’s are for baking Iced Brown Butter Oatmeal Pumpkin Cookies – so festive and flavorful during this fall season. Have a tasty week ahead.
