This Sheet Pan Chili Maple Salmon with Broccoli is so fast and fresh with delicious flavors that you just can’t miss.
Sheet pan meals are such a lifesaver, especially when they have simple ingredients. A salmon fillet with some broccoli florets is the base of this meal amd the sauce is made with pantry items like good maple syrup and chili paste — things you probably already have on hand. A used Calabrian chili paste, but any Asian variety will do the trick. I always keep a jar in my refrigerator to add to dishes for a kick.
A simple whisk of the sauce before it’s spooned over top of the salmon and broccoli and into a hot oven — so simple. It does have a touch of heat, depending upon how much chili paste you use, but mostly it’s just savory, slightly sweet and wonderful with oven roasted broccoli.
