Olive Oil Cake with Chunky Strawberry Sauce is one of my favorite things. There’s nothing like a single layer cake baked with good olive oil - it’s creamy, rustic and super tender. The strawberry sauce is made with berries from Santa Barbara County - some of the best in the world!! Super luscious and a naturally sweet sauce that tops this cake beautifully.
