Ingredients
- For the Potstickers:
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly minced ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon chili paste (hot, not sweet)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or Tamari
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 24 wanton wrappers
- For the Sauce:
- 1/3 cup soy sauce or Tamari
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon chili paste (hot, not sweet)
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Yields: 6 servings
To Prepare:
- In a large bowl, add pork, garlic, ginger, chili paste, soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Mix with hands until combined.
- Place 1 heaping teaspoon of pork mixture into center of a wrapper and fold in half. Crimp edges as you close along the seam (see video). Repeat until filling is gone.
- In a large non-stick skillet, add 1 tablespoon neutral oil and place over medium heat. Add 5-6 Potstickers and brown for 2 minutes, flip and brown for 1 minute.
- Add 1/3 cup water to skillet and place lid a jar over top to steam and reduce water. After 4 minutes remove lid. Remove Potstickers and place in a large bowl. Repeat with remaining Potstickers.
- Mix sauce ingredients together and drizzle over top of Potstickers when done. Enjoy!
