This Creamy Parmesan Yogurt Dressing Recipe is a cinch to put together in the food processor. I simple mix of Parmesan cheese, yogurt and a few other pantry ingredients and you have yourself one amazing sauce.
It’s delightful spooned over fresh greens with avocado or used as a dip for carrots, and radishes this spring. The flavors are tangy with a slightly chunky cheese taste — it’s something that’s super satisfying, and would be good with chicken wings or grilled protein as well.
Creamy Parmesan Yogurt Dressing would make a great condiment for almost anything and it will store nicely in your refrigerator for several days or up to one week.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces fresh Parmesan cheese (see video)
- 5 ounces whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Tips
- 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan would work in place of pulverizing your own
- sour cream can replace Greek yogurt
- avocado oil can be used as well

(Serves 8)
To Prepare:
- In a food processor, add chopped cubes of fresh Parmesan cheese. Pulverize until coarse crumbs, about 30 seconds.
- Add yogurt, salt, onion powder, pepper, honey, vinegar and oil. Puree until mostly smooth — leaving a few chunks of visible cheese.
- Spoon over salads, chicken or use as a dip with fresh vegetables. Enjoy!
