Creamy Charred Tomato and Salami Gnocchi! It’s comfort food to the max - something we could use on a rainy weekend. I made it with store-bought gnocchi so it’s quick and easy, yet super tasty. Enjoy!
Ingredients
8 ounces gnocchi
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
12 slices salami, julienned
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Calabrian chili paste or 1/4 red chili flakes
1/3 cup cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
parsley
Olive oil for cooking
Salt
