Avocados
Sweet corn
Spring onion
Spinach leaves
Grapeseed oil or vegetable oil
Salt
Pepper
Balsamic vinegar
Honey
Dijon mustard
Olive oil

Healthy Cooking Tip: Grill with a little oil and season fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon juice, instead of heavy sauces. Dry herbs always make a nice rub with little or no fat or calories.
