I call this post Pumpkin Palooza because the next few months definitely should be filled with pumpkin recipes. Pumpkin is so versatile because you can roast it in the oven and puree or dice it up into soup or add it to salads for a naturally sweet addition, but pureed pumpkin (either fresh or canned) is seasonally delicious in desserts and treats of all kinds. Here are just a few of my favorite recipes using pumpkin to get you started for the upcoming holidays. Definitely stay tuned for a few more pumpkin recipes this season.
